About the System


The online performance review of tenured and tenure-track faculty was developed for the Office of the Provost by the Office of Information Technology.

Intended Audience: This help document is intended for UTK faculty members, department heads, deans and the office of the provost. This application is designed around Part II of the Manual for Faculty Evaluation, 2012.​

The Users' Guides for the Online Performance Review of Tenured and Tenure-Track Faculty and Retention Review are available in PDF format from the links below. These guides are also available in PDF format on each of the Faculty Members, Department Heads, Deans, and Provost help pages. The guides were developed using the Faculty Review Flowchart. There is a link to the PDF of the flowchart included below. There is also a link to the PDF of the changes in the 2013 Faculty Review System.​
